We have worked wtih Rosewood Manor for many years. The current management is fantastic, always on top of everything, great communication, and doing a lot to fix up the building/units. We look forward to working together for years to come.
Lived here over 7 years and my wife got extremely sick due to mold in the walls but nothing ever got done about it, they will deny that mold can make you sick, and maintenance issues will be added to "the list" and get put off forever, I would definitely not recommend
I have recently moved into the apartments. The remodel they did on my apartment is amazing. The people that live in the building are very friendly. There are 2 parks close by that my kids love to go to.. also the apartment building is 2 mins from rosemount elementary. Very convenient.
Great place to live. Queit and homey
I liked the location. And the landlord was kind and helpful.
