The place is always clean, the neighbors are chill, and management actually takes care of things when you need them. The units are spacious, and the area feels safe and quiet. It’s one of those places that actually looks like the pictures online — no surprises, just a comfortable, well-kept spot to live. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place without the hassle.

I have lived at Rosewood Manor for many years and am overall very happy living here. It is a nice and quiet older building in a quiet part of town. The units are nicely updated and look great! Management is very prompt, courteous, and professional.
I have lived here for 1 year and I am about to sign a contract for the next year. I really like this place, it is quiet, clean, the nature and most importantly the people. I plan to live here for a long time. I am very happy that I chose you. Rosewoodmanor.
It is a great first starting place moved out to go to college and for my fist place I really enjoyed it and it’s not crazy expensive
