Townhouse disaster My apartment has bad plumbing. The air conditioning is going out, my tub is peeling, one of the kitchen sinks doesn't work, the ceiling is peeling and falling on the floor when the apartment gets to humid, holes in the wall and the air conditioning is leaking inside to the carpet is soak in the living room. Also the apartment is not insulated good so in the winter it gets really cold in the bedrooms and really hot in the summers
Everything is Average Nice and quiet, not thee greatest place not the worst. No laundry facility or Washer /Dryer hook ups make for a major inconvenience. The rent makes up for it though.
