***I tried to leave a short and sweet comment but couldn’t help myself so , this is the shortest review I have until I move out****** Um yeah….so let’s start off with the GOOD, helpful office staff , quick responses , decent neighborhood layout & neighbors (at least the ones around me) safe enough to where I can sleep at night peacefully.…NICE NEW CABINETS & drywall ….in short it’s a roof over your head if you want luxury then ya got to keep saving up like me until we can afford to live in a better area 🤣 This place is good... read more
Rosewood Commons is a good value for the money. We have a beautiful wooded property and one story units with no one above or below! I love the vaulted ceilings and the large windows which create a very open feel. The management is friendly and works hard to make this a good place to live.
They were going to evict me or start the eviction process but gave me an extra week which was enough time for me to actually come up with my rent. So if anybody is looking for an apartment complex or somewhere that they can genuinely feel like their management actually cares and not just money hungry go to Rosewood Commons. These ladies that run this apartment complex are absolutely amazing. Five star all the way.
