Very kind and receptive
The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and not helpful at all (my first time dealing with an MRI). After a week my doctor still did not have the results and could not reach anyone on the phone here.
Appointment for 10AM, arrived 10 minutes early, still waiting at 1030
Extremely rude and they do not call you back. I’m trying to schedule for the last couple of weeks and had no luck. Beware of rude employee here
Had an appointment for an MRI this week; apparently the insurance authorization for that MRI had expired, but this office allowed us to make an appointment after the authorization period, allegedly attempted to contact our insurance to no avail, and then failed to let us know until we were in the office to get the MRI done.
