The office staff are stuck up, have big heads, and are unfriendly. They take no accountability in that office or care to educate their clients. They take advantage of clients. Molly was very rude and patronizing on the phone and staff seem to do everything they can to keep you from talking to the Dr. Himself. If you use this office anticipate unexpected bills from 3rd parties that your insurance company will not cover. They will not/do not inform you of this during your visit. Self-righteous and rude cliquey office staff who cannot handle any constructive criticism or reality checks due to their inability to value the customer or even recognize you as a fellow human being. They do not answer their phones and return messages and when confronted deny that they even have any answering service abilities whatsoever and will argue, argue, argue that point to no end.
