The office staff are stuck up, have big heads, and are unfriendly. They take no accountability in that office or care to educate their clients. They take advantage of clients. Molly was very rude and patronizing on the phone and staff seem to do everything they can to keep you from talking to the Dr. Himself. If you use this office anticipate unexpected bills from 3rd parties that your insurance company will not cover. They will not/do not inform you of this during your visit. I love the product room! Carly has been extremely helpful. My skin is so much happier now. I had a Microneedling treatment a few days ago and I am experiencing an allergic reaction to one of the products recommended as the healing treatment. I believe the ointment? Is it normal to develop a itchy red rash??
