The customer service was very poor with delivery person and owner. Attempted to order flowers long distance and talked with both of these people , receiving much rudeness from both.
I ordered a flower arrangement for Valentine's Day for someone online on the 13th..I know the business was most probably busy because of all the orders they had to fulfill..I called make sure that my order was going to be delivered before 4:00pm because that person was getting off of work..the lady that answered the phone assured me that all the flowers were gone..needless to say the person finally received their flowers at home because one of her coworkers had to deliver them..However the arrangement was nice with the excep... read more
