Dr. Richard Rosenthal is rude, arrogant, and dismissive. The way he acted I would say he doesn't want to see patients. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Rosenthal has the best bedside manner and personality. He takes the time to listen to you. His staff was wonderful.
I would like to say Dr. Rosenthal was very knowledgeable and direct. I originally read the reviews and was a little concern, but found out he was just the opposite. Very good doctor.
Dr. Rosenthal is the best endocrinologist I’ve seen and I’ve seen a bunch of them in the Birmingham area. He cares and he’s extremely knowledgeable. I will be seeing him until he retires and I hope that is far away. Thanks for everything!
