Their store might be nice, but their online presence is HORRIBLE. I ordered $70 worth of items from their website, paid for 2nd day UPS. They sent $40 worth of items, without explanation as to why they didn't include everything via UPS GROUND, and included AN INVOICE, billing me for the items I'd already overpaid for! I've called them 3 times so far over the last week, left messages every time, with no response whatsoever. Good thing I paid for with a card - I'm going to reverse the charge to get my money back.
Just visited the new store location, it’s amazing. They have everything you need for your jewelry literally! Well organized and faster service !
Had everything I needed, and there was a very cute puppy dog
