Updated review September 2025: Rosenow Customs came back and fully replaced our roof. They put new decking on a large part of our house which included 66 sheets of decking. A hardworking crew installed a beautiful new roof and the relief and happiness I have for this is beyond words. Rosenow had another local company address issues with our gutters- raising them and fixing their pitches. They even installed gutter topper on one. Darrel and Chris came out to do the estimate and I knew right away Rosenow was serious about their service. They did a thorough estimate, and broke down exactly what they were going to do without trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. They got right to work when the material showed up and now, my house looks great! Simple as that. When finished, they do a final walk through to make sure everything looks good and were very friendly to my neighbor's cat Wes who had to join in on the inspection. *Updated review as of August 2025* My photos speak for themselves. Please look at all the photos as I will be adding more photos as I uncover problems. August 2025 update: Problems are still present and unresolved, going on 3 + years now. We paid to have a legal inspection. (I’ll share the results of that soon). Rosenow came to “inspect” our licensed (legal) inspection today, 8-25-25. *Updated review as of July 2025* My photos speak for themselves. I am so disappointed by our experience. I have a lot more I can add to this & may update again in the future. For now, I’m letting the photos speak. We’ve had repeated issues with the bottom layer of shingles bowing / curling since the roof was replaced. Other shingles have had issues too, as shown in my photos.
