*Update: We’ve had repeated issues with the bottom layer of shingles bowing / curling since the roof was replaced. Other shingles have had issues too, as shown in my photos. Rosenow sends someone to fix the bowing and curling shingles whenever this happens; however I don’t believe this should be an issue we have to deal with repeatedly. Missed the need for new decking until roof was done and refused to provide a detailed estimate for the decking after we showed proof his estimate was extremely high. Poor customer service and communication. I wish we had never worked with this company.
