Absolutely no communication on schedule. I asked for a refund and they wanted to keep 2.5 hours of “prep” when they have done absolutely nothing.
Had some house plans engineered . Nickel and dimed the crap out of me. Every correction was at least $250. I'm talking about things like changing a 0 to a 5 on my home address. Insane!
