I've tried for 3 days to call, several times daily, goes to a cell phone mailbox that is full, no way to leave a message. Perhaps they should bring the lady back to the office to handle scheduling.
Great people take good care of eldery
Do not count on help from Rosenbaum air conditioning! ! They left my parents hanging since June! ! They dropped the ball and showed no concern for two ailing older people thru one of the hottest summers and shame on him and them!! My dad went through two major surgeries and a very sick mother were left with no concern from them...sooooo disappointed!
