Shame on you for getting someone’s hope up of a new scoot and telling them not to make 2 trips for a deposit when they were coming with cash in hand!!! Then call the person and say they sold it out from underneath you. Bad business ethic right there.
They take advantage of people, Terrible customer service, and Overpriced!!!! I wouldn’t recommend them at all. #BDM
they are the most unhelpful group of people in the powersports game. they can't tell you right from wrong on any part you need, they over charge for everything,and their salesmen couldn't give two damns about their customers 0/5 would not recommend
I recently bought a bike from here. They charged me for A $999 4 year warranty that i do not want and do not have to have and they are refusing to take off the warranty. End of story go anywhere else to purchase your bikes and toys.
Improve your customer service, it is going to cost you more customers than us. We had a terrible experience after waiting on hold for someone in the parts department patiently for 55 minutes, there was an uninformed and unprofessional person who answered. We know exactly what we need, just needed to know if you had it in stock. This person was unfamiliar with our machine, instead of attempting to work with us or asking someone else for assistance, he got frustrated hung up on us. This is unacceptable.
stood in there 45 minutes trying to buy a bike... not one sales person approached me. we just left.

my 2008 Yamaha vstar needed a new rear tire. I had already bought the tire from online. I called rosenau to if and when they could get me in. They were super back logged because of the virus. I dropped my bike off the night before. I told them hey if the rear brakes need to be done just do them. They did great job on my tire and balanced my wheel, they also did the brakes on the rear as well. It rides alot smoother and stop way better now. they did an amazing job
