I have noticed all these bad reviews. what is funny, is that Roseau power sports of Dearborn has not try to fix the problems or denied any of it. SO THE COMPLAINTS MUST BE TRUE..... STAY WAY
Love the place everyobe is nice and im there all the time-Never had an issue.
The pricing was good but that's where it ended. The customer service is terrible, they never call you back when you leave messages and if you have an issue your going to be stuck with it.
Best place I have been to everyone was very helpful and my sales person Jp Lewis was really knowledgeable about every machine I asked about. I will 100% be coming back for all my power sport needs
Rosenau powersports is the worst dealership I have ever bought from. I race professional motocross and they sold me a 2016 yz450f that was prepped from them wrong. They stripped out the air filter threads causing it to suck sand scratching the cylinder walls and messing up other parts of motor. I brought the bike back and they told me they contacted Yamaha and said they denied my warranty claim. I called Yamaha to see why they denied it and they said they never submitted one. Britney Case is the employee that helped myself and my husband, we were picking out helmets. She gave us an answer to every question that we had. She spent time with us to explain the differences between helmets we were looking at. She was GREAT. This is the second time we were in the store. The first time the gentleman that helped us was a bit smug. Every question my husband or myself asked he seemed bothered to answer. I just wanted to thank Monte and josh for going above and beyond to help me get my 2008 Kawasaki zzr600. The even helped with a ride home when I got a flat tire. If anybody was looking to buy a motorcycle I highly recommend Rosenau Powersports.
