I've been going to Dr. Rosen for years. Customer service and professionalism are top notch. Dr. Rosen is so caring and thorough.

Everyone here takes wonderful care of my children. My daughter loves seeing them. Very professional and caring. I will keep using this office. :) Doctors and staff is absolutely awesome.
I have been seeing Drs Karen and Steve since I have been 7. There have been many times when I have had them scratching their heads, but they always come up with a plan that is best for my eyes. Many of my family members go here too and have always had a positive experience. The rest of the staff is friendly and courteous as well. As long as I live in St. Louis, I'm not seeing anyone else for my eyes.

Do not go to Rosen Optometry. Worst service imaginable!!! I would highly urge anyone to go ANYWHERE but here. I can summarize this institution in three short words: Rude, Unprofessional and Greedy.
