Amazing customer service! Have been with Rosen for years, and never had a bad experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to help with any issue. Dr. Karen Rosen has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. I live 30 miles away from her office, but she is worth it. Dr. Karen Rosen truly cares about my vision, what's best for me. I have been going here since they opened and I just love this place!!! Dr Karen takes the time to listen and to fully explain things. She is very compassionate and relatable. Before going here, I would buy lenses from the chain stores and I could believe the difference with Rosen's glass compared to anything else I've had. The clarity is AMAZING! And I have to comment on the terrific staff. They are so friendly and with choosing frames, it is like bringing your best friend shopping with you! They are so helpful and very fun!
Dr Karen has been my eye doctor for 10+ years and I will never go anywhere else! Thorough, kind, she and her staff to above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and that my eyes are healthy.I would recommend this Optometrist to anyone.
