Completely useless when it comes to helping customers.
The best service! I would not take my car to anybody else! I bought 3 cars from Rosen, very good cars, and the personnel performs above and beyond their job duties! You are treated like a member of a family!
Horrible service omg a car deal turned in to a nightmare! Because of a car I didn't want because something was wrong with it I would NEVER recommend anyone to EVER get any type of service from Rosen! I didn't even wanna give them 1 star!
