Looked forward to an overnight @RosenCenter on I Drive. A day away that my husband and I have needed for 6 months. What a welcome we received when we went to park the Harley in a handicapped space. We were told no motorcycles allowed in the front of the hotel! Park out back (10 min walk) behind the convention center. We don't care you're disabled. All other vehicles in the handicapped parking out front of the hotel were not tagged with HC placards. Has anyone at the Rosen Center heard of ADA? ... They will on Monday.

Excellent Venue for Events! Thanks to the parking staff for bending over backwards to be helpful to the HBIF event attendees.

Great Time.. check in person made my visit. Hilary was awesome sauce she asked which room view I wanted and also sent a b day gift basket up for my daughter ( my princess) . Pool was clean and fun. The event I attended was highlighted by Great Food and service. I think the Gentleman name was Jev. Yes a room of over 100 people and no complaints. I will be back.

This is our third stay at this hotel. We come to Orlando often for weekend getaways. This stay had been super special, thanks to Jasmin! She put us in a top floor room with a view of Sea World, which made our daughters super happy. Then, a little after we checked in, she had chocolates delivered to our room with a hand written note, just because! The pool area is clean, food at the restaurants is delicious, and this location is really close to Sea World AND Disney World. We will be back!
