Check in is at 3pm and they didn't have a room ready untill 630!!! Very poor service! Recommend the Hyatt or Hilton next door before this place again!
Beautiful hotel, very clean, great service. But you need your walking shoes as this place is ginormous!
The hotel is beautiful the staff is nice and courteous and the rooms are very clean and very nicely decorated, we will definitely come back!
