Ridiculously unorganized and misinformed eye clinic. I really liked the eye doctor that I saw, but the office people are a joke. When I made my appointment I told the woman on the phone that I didn't think I had an insurance card for my eye insurance, she said that is fine they could look it up by my social security number, which I gave to her upon making my appointment. 1 month later I had my appointment and the first thing the front desk lady said was "oh we couldn't find your benefits" so...should I reschedule?
