not too bad – moved into Rosemont in June 04 already renewed my lease for the year of 2006-2007. I live in a 4 bedroom apartment. The apartments are ok. In the summertime, you fall asleep to crickets outside. Sometimes there are people outside yelling, playing loud music. It NORMALLY is quiet after midnight (excluding weekends, weekends can be a bit loud from time to time). I have lived in MUCH worse places than this. You have some college students who can be loud from time to time, but that is everywhere in Austin apartment... read more
