If you want to live in an apartment where neighbors steal your peace and quiet, this property is perfect. Aside from the lack of competence in the office, I'll come back and repeat this is the perfect property to live in. Tenant treatment is 0, customer service is 0, peace of mind is 0, problem handling is 0, and maintenance service 0. A year in this apartment, and they still haven't come to fix the shower paint. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, mold infestation apartment, roaches, incredibly rude staff. The managers or management does not care to fix any problems. they will not properly fix anything. Simply horrible never move here or you will end up with mold intoxication.
