Filthy stairwells, paper, litter fill the grounds, blinds appear that they haven’t been replaced in over 20 years, no lights in the hallways so expect to get robbed or your apartment broken into etc., constant loud music where the young tenants have no regard or respect for the elderly, abandon buildings set idle with no progress being made to update or repair them and maintenance workers and management are never visible on site! ... read more
