This woman is so unprofessional I had to write a review. She has been rude to me on more than one occasion, the most recent being yesterday she showed a listing to me. First she showed up about 20 minutes late while I waited outside, when she arrived she looked like she just left the beach, she is so busy talking over somebody you can barely ask a question. Then she acts like she is the manager of the community and she doesn't even live there! Lol . Do not recommend.

Slow clap for Rosemary Mahoney! She was tasked with selling two homes/ mediating the estate proceedings after a beloved family member passed away and left the homes to FOURTEEN shared owners, many of which are out of state. I cannot state enough how patient and professional she remained throughout the process. I would highly recommend her for anybody needing to buy or sell.
I was taking over a bad investment property for my mother. I told rosemary from the beginning I had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t know about the association fee on our ploy of land. When I found out about the fee it was too late and the $125 went into collections for almost $500. Then we found a buyer, so Rosemary advised me not to do the association fee and it would be handled at closing. When I was out of the country the buyer backed out.
