Valentine's Day ruined. Apparently my wife's flowers were "misplaced" and literally never got delivered. Had I not stated to worry about it by the end of the day and called repeatedly to check on them, I might never have even been told about this BS. Now the day's over and she never got the flowers. They refunded the money, but tell that to my disappointed wife. I will literally tell anyone who will listen not to go here. I can't say enough about Rosemary and her staff. ..I called last minute and they hooked up my wife with one of the most beautiful arrangements of orange roses....I wish I could post a picture !!
