First time using Dr. Buckles office, in 3 visits, I have never met Dr. Buckles, however I will see her on my next visit. The P.A.’s I have seen have been thorough, informative and caring. Their office staff and have been professional. I had seen Columbus Orthopedic for a broken ankle, they listen to my concerns and hopefully will not break any more bones, but if I do, I will come back here. My mom had both knees replaced back in March and July of 2016, in Houston. The initial appointments w Dr. Buckle were all very pleasant and she was very nice and patient w my mother, which I really appreciated because my mother was terrified. My mother is also diabetic and Dr. Buckle did an excellent job assisting my mom with tips to balance her diabetes to bring her A1C down before surgery. Very honest and helpful and kind!
My dad has had a TERRIBLE experience here and with Dr. Rosemary. He’s been in unbearable knee pain for months at this point- he hasn’t been able to move on with surgery with his new doctor since Dr. Rosemary and her office staff haven’t removed my dad as a patient. He hasn’t been able to get his MRI done, which without it he can’t be confirmed for his surgery so he can finally start feeling like himself again. If I could rate this office and their staff no stars. I would this is the worse referral ever. My son was referral out to a Dr who does not accept his insurance and no one called to let me know and no one confirmed. I shouldn’t have to call and follow up myself to find out this office didn’t even try to make it better. The staff is rude and incompetent. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
