My dad has had a TERRIBLE experience here and with Dr. Rosemary. He’s been in unbearable knee pain for months at this point- he hasn’t been able to move on with surgery with his new doctor since Dr. Rosemary and her office staff haven’t removed my dad as a patient. He hasn’t been able to get his MRI done, which without it he can’t be confirmed for his surgery so he can finally start feeling like himself again. If I could rate this office and their staff no stars. I would this is the worse referral ever. My son was referral out to a Dr who does not accept his insurance and no one called to let me know and no one confirmed. I shouldn’t have to call and follow up myself to find out this office didn’t even try to make it better. The staff is rude and incompetent. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.
Dr Buckle did my knee replacement on June 18 2024 , it was good for awhile. But when I have had complications, she never has available appointments to see her. I have tried for over a month to see her and yet to see her. I have pain 24/7 and at times very difficult to walk on my leg . She is a great doctor ! When she practiced here in Houston at St Joseph she did the casts for my now 18 year old when he broke his arm 3 times. I was very disappointed that she no longer practices in Houston because my 9 year old broke his ankle at the church playground the other day.
Dr Rosemary Buckle has done both of my knee replacements. She and her team were remarkable. They are the best . I have had great results with both.
