I had an appointment this morning and had a little hiccup but they worked with me and was able to be seen. Thanks for the great customer service!
Front office staff horrible. Clearly there was a mistake in billing. Yet office staff refused service till I paid. Office manager Anya talked over me saying my insurance doesn't cover services. I called insurance company and it was in fact covered. I was forced to pay over my responsibility and forced to sign financial documents without being able to read them. Services were held hostage till I complied. They are affiliated with cure for the kids. They don't care about kids with special needs. They only care about money. Hor... read more
