Bought a new vehicle with a trade in. I appreciated the straight forward approach and quick response times working through the process. Very pleased with the new vehicle and the was comfortable with my trade in value (I think we/customers always slightly overvalue our own vehicles). Thanks to Roy for the professionalism (and to Paul for the assist for a few days). My experience was fantastic.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. I bought a 2021 Jetta out of desperation from this dealer. I should have known better. The sales rep told me 3 times it had Sirius connection. It didn’t. I haven’t even driven it 5,000 km and the dash gauge lights are ALL lit up. I’m so disappointed in the entire experience. I never got a call back, not a single follow up.
