Two of my friends referred me to Roseland Volkswagen, so I booked an appointment and took my Tiguan in for an overheating issue (with no visible leakage). Brett, the service manager, was very welcoming, and the whole team. Bran, the technician did an amazing job. Wow, definitely better service than my usual VW dealer. They actually answered the phone in person instead of texting, and resolved my issue without needing an appointment and costly diagnostics like my usual dealer. Will go here from now on.
