Took my 2 healthy dogs in for the first time on June 17th - 25th. They mistakenly had our reservation for July 17th. One receptionist said they were booked the whole week. Another employee said they did have room and off they went to the back. I should have asked to see the boarding area. We picked them up on Sunday, June 25th and we noticed when we got home that our lab had a raw, red and swollen "private" area. Basically no skin and he was in pain.
