I've lived here for years! Ever since the property was sold to TWO different companies, the maintenance had dwindled and gotten worse. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to fix the issues in my apartment! I'm starting to wonder if the newest company abandoned this place and sold it without telling the residents. Also that promise to renovate this place hasn't happened. We've waited for 2 years!
People are rude location is nice but it’s definitely turning to the east side gunshots every night people are weird and stay to themselves
Management Is Beyond Rude! I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. Plus the location SEEMS decent, but what I discovered between THESE APARTMENTS & a nearby shopping center is enough to raise the hair on your skin. Definitely NOT a good choice. Watch your back.
