actually reply to emails or answer the phone. we still haven't gotten the right key for our mail box and we moved in may 1. the bathtub doesn't drain very good. or siding door to the balcony doesn't deal all the way so water leaks in
Multiple floods molding in my closet due to the flooding in my bathroom no salt on sidewalks when it snows parking lots never plowed huge potholes no hot water
I'm super disappointed that our pool will not open till after memorial day. Apparently they cant pass inspection. Why do I pay so much in rent?
The office staff are great! It's the property that sucks.
I have been happy here. I was skeptical of apt life coming from a house. However I have found my time here so far at Rosedale Estates N to be comfortable. The maintenance dept and cleaning for building here is prompt and accommodating. Sondra in the office is pleasant and professional. I have had no problems with neighbors or loud noise up to this point. Seems like most people here work daily and are considerate of others. This place may seem like a good deal at first but you get what you pay for. Your aparment is invaded monthly for "bedbug inspections" which they probably do have in some apartments. Yes some of the people that live there are that gross. Plus one of the times they did this my door was actually left open, not just unlocked but sometime they "shut" it so it didn't even close all the way.
