Bought a used/certified BMW X3 M40i here last year (go figure, at a Chevy dealership). Ingrid was awesome to work with, and the vehicle prices here seem very competitive. Example: I still see BMWs with similar trim for sale, for *more* than what I paid last year, so I thought that was worthy of a review here.

I’ve purchased two cars from this dealer, and both experiences were unprofessional and uncomfortable. Today, I came in to check the value of my car. There were no warning lights on when I arrived, but after their test drive, the car was returned with a check engine light. Instead of addressing it professionally, they told me to “go talk to my parents” and claimed the light was already on—which it wasn’t. For the record, the car is mine, not my parents’.
