Jon, my service writer was awesome! I had a break in and lost a key phob. He got ne in and was great to deal with. One thing that made be unhappy was the fact that my fob did not come with a key. That is insane for the price you charged me. So service writer great. Value and cost terrible.
I bought a 2024 Chevy Traverse last year June 2024 (w/ extended warranties). My vehicle has been at the dealership since May 1st, 2025 (2 1/2 months & counting) The service department claims they are not able to resolve the issue but also will not replace it with a new vehicle. I'm a very patience person and now super frustrated while still paying on my car that I'm not able to drive.
