Every single time I go here, there is one person working, your food takes forever to get(if you can even get to the order counter in a decent amount of time) and the barbecue just does not live up to the hype. Go down the street to Joe's if you want to wait. Then you will actually get good barbecue! Done with Rosedale and their BS lines and sub-par food
Right across the street from my hotel. So glad. The smell was So good ! And so was the taste of the ribs and chicken. Delicious
What happened to the quality of your food?? I came in yesterday and had a brisket and ham combo plate...the brisket was not smoked at all,very over done in cooking,more like oven created and the ham had no smoky flavour either??? Upon leaving I ordered a half slab and took them home...again no smoky flavour,didn't even see a smoke ring and I had to gnaw the meat off the bone!!!
The ribs literally slid off the bone. It was so good, i just wish i live closer to go more often. First time there and i will be back again

Love the sauce and the prices are good too. The flying Pig is the bomb.
One of the best BBQ places to eat !!! Love it always well come back love the he made bread ,better than buying a loaf at the local store
