The only BBQ place in Kansas city I have to stop at every time I'm in town. Best sauce in the land.
The side portions used to be more but the meat is always awesome
Went in to grab my favorite on earth sauce to take home to Tacoma, WA. Been going to Rosedale BBQ so...my family calls it the Bucket Shop. Got just a 1/4lb of chopped beef so my partner could taste the best BBQ in the country. I thought he was going to eat the foil they gave it to us on.
The staff that was working were unfriendly. The food was fair. We felt like we were being pushed to order and it wasn't that busy at that time.
I have been going to Rosedale barbecue for 45 plus years thanks to my dad growing up in Rosedale. I always get the ham- beef combo and the absolute best french fries in the world. However, I have recently discovered that they had cheesy potato bake up on their menu board and I must let everyone know that this stuff is to DIE FOR!! You must try this on your next visit and trust me, you will not be disappointed.
Disappointed. It had been years since my last visit. Only one person desperately trying to take and fill orders. Beef and pulled pork was bland.....not remotely good. I had to add sauce to get any taste. Beans were not good either. Fries were great! I do not plan to be back.
My husband had a construction job in the area and so stopped here to get our dinner to bring home. OMG! It was sooooo good! The ribs were the most tender I've I've ever had, the beans were wonderful, and the very spicy sauce I had is now my favorite BBQ sauce! We split a Deluxe Combo and we still have meat left to make us a sandwich apiece tomorrow! We will definitely be driving out of our way to get this again!!
My favorite BBQ place in the world to eat! I go there every year for my birthday. Was there last night for my 33rd birthday dinner. Yummy as always. Never a bad thing to say about the place.
I absolutely love the hospitatitly I've received ftom Rosedale BBQ for 42 years. Every time I come to Kansas City I make sure to come have the best food in town. Till next time
