Always have to go back so they can fix the job I paid them to do right the first time..so frustrating 3 times this has happend!!
Stood at the counter for almost 15 mins before someone even acknowledged me, three employees at the counter. Ive worked customer service 4 years when I finally did get helped the dude was very off putting... The whole visit took an hour and a half, I've never had to wait longer than 30 mins at bigo. Then at the end, I have a bent rim, I'm like so when I get the new rim you guys will switch it? "That's an extra $15" bigo would NEVER charge me for that.
