Such a shame! This used to be a great place to purchase tires and services, however whatever “transition” happened in the last couple years really has changed that. From the incredible service, to the competitive prices, to honest work, it had all gone down hill since the change. I thought I’d give them another shot, and get some tires quoted for my sons car last Saturday only to find out they are now closed on Saturdays! I’m not sure how they expect working people to shop for tires when they are closed on Saturdays. Oh well... read more

Honest Shop and employees. I dropped my pickup off at RoseburgTire Pro to have the rear brakes overhauled, because they were having issues. I was completely ready to bight the bullet and pay a pretty penny to have them fixed. When I came back to pick it up in the afternoon they told me that my brakes were completely fine and that all that needed to be done was replace the axle seal and bearing then clean the brakes with solvent. Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for tire rotation and oil change, was told 45 minutes. 1 hour 15 mins later I ask about my car and they are just putting it up to START the oil change. No communication to me that they are running behind or anything. When I said forget the oil change because I needed to go, I got a rude employee that was not apologetic or furthermore that could care less that I was here for that long and didn’t obtain the service I was there for. I went yesterday for a 2:00 appointment to have my tires balanced, rotated and the front alignment checked. I did not get out of their for 3 hours (when they told me maybe 2) and all they did was balance 3 tires and checked the alignment which was fine. While sitting in their lounge at least 3 to 4 people came in after me and were served first! I also wanted them to fix one of the tires that had a slow leak and they did not even touch that! Highly recommend Roseburg Tire Pros. Got to town this morning & rcvd a dash msg "ck tire pressure left front is low". Called the hub, Bob said take it over to Tire Pros & have them ck it. He was afraid I may have picked up a nail. Rolled in, no appt, Rick says bring it around & we'll have a look. 10mins later, a nice informative young man brings my keys back & explains: we aired up all 4, found the rt rear valve core was bad, replaced it & recalibrated the msg board(idk what its called).
