We were promised in our warranty contract that if we didn't use it, our money would be refunded. Honda of Roseburg refuses to honor the contract because they changed their name. We are not the only ones that Honda have not honored their contract with. If We ever buy another Honda...Roseburg will not get our business!
Business response:
Fully refundable service contracts are something Roseburg Honda has never offered. The previous owners may have, but being mad at Roseburg Honda for something other people did is like being mad at Wal Mart because the TV you bought at Fred Meyer broke. If there was a way we could get your money back we would, but unfortunately we aren't the people that ever had your money. Please feel free to come in and talk to me in person, I am sorry you have had to deal with this. Buying a vehicle should be a happy process.
