I wanted to share my great experience with Roseburg Honda Service department yesterday. I got stranded during morning errands when my car would not start after a stop at FedEx. After AAA came out, they suggested it was not the battery and most likely the starter. I was supposed to leave for Portland this morning, so when I called Mark Baptista the manager, I was delighted when he told me they could squeeze me in and get the new starter put in for me.
