Not I would, but I do recommend Dr Smith to everyone I talk to that I know has foot issues. I am a diabetic and have many feet issues over the years. Cordell has done 2 surgeries on my feet over the last 5 years I truly believe if it wasn't for him I would have already lost my feet to amputation. His staff is also very friendly and if I have any issues there really good about getting me right in. I wouldn't see anyone else in Douglas county:)
I had an extremely positive experience at RF&A! Dr. Smith was very gentle, went over the x-rays thoroughly and proceeded to numb my toe where the tear had occurred, and gave me the most painless cortisone shot I've ever had....and I've had a few over the years on various parts of my body. He discussed options for healing the tear and treated me with nothing but kindness and concern. The staff is one of the best I've seen in a long time too!!!
Dr. Smith does not numb you when doing debridement on your opened wound or stitches. I almost passed out because of the pain. I have nightmares about being tourcherd by the doctor. The nurses are wonderful though. one year post op and I need a another surgery to fix the mistake that Smith did on my partial toe amputation. I have to have the same painful surgery and pay for it again. This is not right. Im in a lot of pain every day and cant afford the surgery I need to correct his mistake.
