I ordered my flowers from 1800 Flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. 1800 Flowers used local florist Rosebud Studio. My girlfriend was surprised to know that her neighbor informed her that her flowers were left outside the building in the dirt near the intercom. She was surprised because the delivery person did not contact her via intercom or her number that was indicated on the delivery instructions.
