This lovely lady was extremely helpful, courteous, and set me up for success. She looked after me at the end of her day. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Definitely going to see her again!
Wow!! We cannot recommend Ghada and RoseBay Florist enough! My husband and I got married this July and really appreciated how Ghada helped make our vision come to life. She patiently listened to our ideas and guided us through the process, making recommendations but also listening to our thoughts and opinions. The bouquets, floral arrangements, boutonnieres, and more all turned out even better than I could have imagined!
Sent her pics of exactly what we needed. This was for a wedding. To say she let us down is an understatement. Would never buy anything from her again. *Edit to response* I have a receipt, pictures of what was sent to you and pictures of what you provided. I will not send you the receipt or pictures. I'm not looking for anything from you. Just my honest experience with you. Not the wrong florist. Review will not be removed as it's accurate.
Update: The florist dropped off a fresh bouquet today. Absolutely terrible! This florist should be ashamed. My dad died and my aunt in California ordered flowers in a vase to be sent to my mother. These arrived yesterday afternoon and are already dying. Hydrangeas are already dead. They are making an absolute mess. Never mind the fact that this is clearly not a bouquet in a vase. I cannot imagine how much this cost my aunt.
