WARNING!!! Do not sign any LEASE with this company, very Dishonest ….they are Unreachable and Unprofessional …. No Communication and BE ready to Lose Money….
Stay away!!! Terribly managed!! Al Patel, one of the employees of this company rented out our property while we still had a lease agreement. So basically, they are collecting double the rent on the same month, which is against the law! No emails, no notifications, no phone calls, letting us know that that property was rented out to somebody else while we still have a lease agreement. You're not getting your deposit back. I really wish I would have read the reviews on this management company before renting with them. People apparently had the same issues I did. Im getting back about a third of my deposit. This isnt including the money I put into following their requirements for moveout which included another $500-600. So yeah, that was my entire deposit. No damage btw. Thats because there was a lingering dog smell after I had the carpets cleaned per lease. I kept the carpets in good condition. This was ev... read more
