You're not getting your deposit back. I really wish I would have read the reviews on this management company before renting with them. People apparently had the same issues I did. Im getting back about a third of my deposit. This isnt including the money I put into following their requirements for moveout which included another $500-600. So yeah, that was my entire deposit. I worked with Lisa Murdock and she was fantastic. Even answered some of my questions while she was on her vacation! I rented a lovely cottage in the North End and it was everything I needed. Definitely enjoyed my monthly stay! Would definitely come back!
Lisa Murdock with BHHS is the Property Manager at the house my husband and I leased for three years. She was always prompt and accommodating if we required repairs, had questions or concerns. She was wonderful to work with and we can’t thank her enough for providing a pleasant leasing experience.
I would like to highly recommend Duane Cotton to anyone who needs a competent HVAC technician and housing contractor. He came to my residence to see why the outside AC unit is not working. His inspection of the unit was thorough and he will be coming back to complete the repairs necessary when the parts come in. He said he will also check the interior unit which is up in the attic to make sure it’s good as well. He was able to show me where the air filter grid is and told me what size air filters to get.
