Patricia is awesome at what she does and you can tell by the passion she has not only for the industry but also for helping others. I happen to come across Patricia by accident and I am glad it happened the way that it did. I am in the military and a coworker of mine referred me to another agent that also works for this Realtor Group however that agent was unavailable to assist but instead of turning me away, she then referred me to Patricia. The most unprofessional company I have dealt with. Just like everyone else is saying. They will take your application money and not tell you the status wheather approved or not.
Darlene, one of the Property managers, is wonderful. She’s on top of things with the rental property I’ve been living in for the past 5 1/2 years. Something goes wrong and she’s there on top of it. She’s so great to work with, and really nice!
Accredited investor in the area. Had a walkthrough scheduled with Marlo( the property manager according to the seller). I was there for 30 mins with a no show. I then contacted the owner right after to let him know that I wouldn’t be interested due to the unprofessionalism. I work directly with a Realtor myself and their professionalism is through the roof. Wasted time and money. If that’s how you treat your clients that want to buy or sell them you wouldn’t last long in the business so why treat me any different.
