This store does not call ahead to tell you there is a delivery coming to your home. They use a a delivery service that does not tell you they’re coming. They just show up and hope you’re home. Without the notification of delivery, you cannot tell them not to include white lilies, which are not allowed in hospitals or care homes. I had to throw away half of a beautiful bouquet that was sent. When I called to explain that they should phone ahead, there was absolutely no understanding.
