Dr Rose is the most intelligent doctor I have ever been to. He was thorough and caring. Initially, our relationship was a bit rough, mostly because I was so upset over gaining so much weight. He was able to pinpoint the exact cause, and cared for me through a very difficult time with Graves disease. He came to see me in the hospital even after he was not on my case, and that told me how very much he cares for his patients. I recommend him highly. Some were answered Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
