Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. I went to this office for about 7 months through my pregnancy.. I felt the Doctor was professional alothough not very personalable. I have to say that the office staff was very rude and not at all helpful. Cancelling my appointment after I waited for nearly an hr in the office. Had they called my insurance co, they would have found out it was a mistake on their part. The staff was rude and I do not recomend to use this dr.

Dr. Rose pays attention to detail. He returns phone calls and has given me what I consider excellent medical care. He gets to the root of the symptoms and not treat the symptoms themselves which so many physicians do. His office staff was polite and passes messages onto the physician and , at times, attends to the calls by returning them. BEST DOCTOR. He spends time with the patients and for this reason one , at times, has to wait an extra 10 minutes or so but it is more than worth the wait.

I found Dr. R somewhat unprofessional. The actual office smelled HORRIBLE. So bad that my mother and I breathed through our mouths, gagging. Feces is not something you want to smell for an hour wait. There's no sink in the exam room I was in-- he did not wash/sanitize his hands before examining me and did not use gloves; how many patients had he touched prior? I'm significantly immunocompromised, so bad hygiene habits in a doctor-patient setting is unacceptable. He went over my entire history and symptoms with the door open ... read more

although I had seen Dr Rose numerous times before , with the exact same insurance, on my last visit on 4/20 / 12 I was not allowed to see the Dr!!!! I waited 1.5 hrs .The young woman spoke to my insurance company rep. on the phone, she spoke to my family Dr on the phone yet she maintained that I could not accept my insurance. She was beyond ignorant , I dont often cry , but I did that day. It doesnt matter how good the Dr is If his staff are nasty to his patients than they will be worse off for having to encounter that. I've been seeing dr.Rose for last.. 9 years now. He has been the best doctor I can imagine to help me to manage my diabetes (which I've had almost 33 years now..so list of doctors I saw before him is loooong), very helpful, caring and always willing to look for new solutions for the problems I might have. Stuff he used to have wasn't the best, but then again.. to me it's the doctor and his skills what really matters.
