Honest review that I hope informs people before they move in. This review isn't motivated by spite or anger. I just want to let people know before they sign a lease. I would advise to not move into either of the available units in building 1222 (1 on top floor and 5 on second floor below me). I am moving out of unit 1. I've lived at Rose Vista for 16 years. The staff is courteous. The grounds are kept up. If there's a need for maintenance, they're prompt at sending someone to check out the issue. The office staff Suzie and Shia are fabulous and so is the maintenance person Fatima!!
