I entered Rose Villa as a result of a severe illness after being in two different hospitals. The care I received was exceptional. Distribution of medicines were precise and at the same time every day. The staff was always willing to assist me in any way they could. I would like to compliment Rose Villa on their commitment to cleanliness as my room and general property was immaculate. My mother spent a few weeks at Rose Villa Healthcare Center, the staff was wonderful and the facilty homey. We were very comfortable there, "hats off" to the staff, what a wonderful facilty. Thank you for your loving care during our time of need.
I felt peace when I was rolled in the door. I worked in these facilities before and that is why I didnât want to come. But, my experience has been far above my expectations. The care was wonderful. The CNAâs were very compassionate and kind. Guadalupe in the kitchen accommodated my tastes and made special menus for me. Everyone has shown such love. I would recommend Rose Villa. I came here very sick and they really did help me. I couldnât even walk when I came but the therapy staff worked so well with me and now I can. The nursing staff is overall very good. The food wasnât always the best, but they worked hard to accommodate my requests. The staff is friendly and helpful.
