Firstly, the guy who took the phone calls could give lessons on customer service. Very respectful and helpful. Very fair pricing on septic pump and they did the digging at fair price.

We are first-time septic customers and we looked around for someone to perform the first maintenance on our septic system. I selected Rose and it could not have gone any better. Eli was a great technician and extremely knowledgeable in educating me about a septic system and how it functions. We've always been on city sewar until now. Great service man, courteous, on time. Knowledge of his job. But, service bid was for a (Full clean out ) and service worker explained to me that it was a rough job and (didn’t want to do it.) I understood that ok. He pushed around and sprayed maybe 5 gallons water. 15-20 minutes said nothing he could do for It. Packed up his equipment and charged me (full price ) for maybe 20 gallon pump. And 20 minutes tops. He was a good guy ,but I think company policies made this a bad experience. I figured half price for drive time and ... read more
