I’ve been leasing office space for 25 years, and I would not lease a dog house from this guy. He literally took away the thermostat and set it on 78 degrees. Even our clients couldn’t take the fact that the temps were reaching 80 + degrees. He ran us out all right, then took the space she had spent 5,000.00 on remodeling for himself. I don’t know how he can sleep at night, knowing he did a widow like that.

Brian and Sara are very wonderful at what they do! We were first time homebuyers, and in a lot of ways we had NO idea what we were doing LOL! They really taught us about the whole process, they showed honesty in their teachings and advice, and they helped us find our new home within our budget price and ideals! You won't be let down if you go with them, they're both great people, as are the other workers at Rose Rock Realty!
