Rose took a chance on me. Most rental apps require you to have a monthly income in the amount 4 times the amount of your monthly rent. I had money in the bank, but am retired with no income and no one would rent to me. Rose gave me a chance though and I have been renting from her for almost 3 years now. Nice to know that there are still some good people left in the world.

Absolutely the best place in Owensboro if you need a rental or to purchase a home. I haven't met Rose yet but her daughter and Lori are incredibly helpful and freely share their knowledge of the ins and outs of Owensboro. My husband and I will be renting for a while but when we go to purchase a home I won't go through anyone but Rose Realty....and we haven't even moved in yet �. It's invaluable and increasingly hard to find a place that doesn't treat you like you're just a number!
Not enough characters allowed to discuss this poor experience...especially from the lady at the front desk. Buy or list elsewhere!
