I just spent $1200 on a chemical and heat treatment for my small home last thursday only to discover a full grown bed bug on a shirt in my closet. I was told by Rose to keep my clothing hung losly in the cliset, that way the heat can penetrate the clothing. At no time was I advised about "cold spots". I have a manager telling me that eggs /bug could have hid in a cold spot, and we have to wait 7-10 dats for treatment. Poor service has left me with bed bugs still. And this company has not lived up to its standards. And then want to charge me for more money!!! On a job that has not been completed or eliminated!!!
